My Duties: • Responsible for control of Distribution process & comparing the actual cost with the budgeted.
• Development the business with all publishers.
• Preparing Statement of account for all publishers and suppliers.
• Solve immediately any problems for publishers and suppliers through control process of distribution.
• Follow up with foreign agents in KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.
• Responsible for control of Distribution process in KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.
• Follow up the monthly payment and sales with foreign agents.
• Study and determined the publishers who company didn't achieve profit with dealing with them.
• Study the market to determine the price of cargo (By Kilo)
• Study the prices and commission of publication and determine the percentage of profit for every publication.
• Provide weekly report for debtor's publishers to operation manager and finance manager and suggestions to make them more active.
• Creates a detailed budget that accounts for each estimated of expenditures for distribution process.
• Record all entries belongs to publishers and suppliers.
• Analysis the new publishers before dealing to determining the commissions & any other expenses.
