It is a business in the launch phase :
• Building Up ( selection & recruitment ) the sales team, 4 district managers and 25 med reps.
• Set up direction ( KPI's - milestones ) & Follow up ( through either coaching in the field or within staff meetings ) for the team.
• Responsible for the preparation ( in terms of medical & marketing issues ) and execution of the products messages and other initial tools ( gemmics ) as well.
• Annual forecast set up & monthly breakdown - phasing process and securing the total portfolio objectives.
• Continuous motivation and keeping a good, healthy environment within the teams.
• Responsible for development process for the field force through FTF learning and coaching.
• Close monitoring the potential market growth and taking corrective actions if any - fine tuning.
• Responsible for the consistent implementation of the marketing strategy.
• Exploration of new customers, markets ….
• Keeping the partnership relation with play makers & key opinion leaders.
• Reporting ( daily, weekly & monthly ) and prepare the requested presentations for business clarifications .
• Responsible for achieving the company KPI’s.
• 1st Year : Leading the company 3 promotional lines ( total business ) : Calmag, Levanox & Respenzo - Alexandria, as a Regional Sales Manager.
• 2nd Year : Leading the GIT Line half of the country ( Alex & whole Delta ) as a Line Manager .
• Responsible for a teams of 4 district sales managers and 20:22 medical representatives.
