Project: Construction of Mouwasat Hospital Extension in Dammam (LTC)
Position: Project manager
Owner: Mouwasat Medical Service (MMS)
Consultant: Afniah Consultants
Project area: over 43 000 m2 (2 basements, ground & 6 floors)
Project budget: 180 millions SAR
Responsibilities:
- Integration all the in house and outsourcing works.
- Lead and manage all the execution work in the site
- Monitoring and controlling the work progress as per the approved schedules baseline.
- Reporting to the head office and relative stakeholders weekly and monthly.
- Manage the project cash in and out as per the budget and the schedule baseline.
- Manage and report all the meetings with all the project stakeholders.
- Ensure approval for the work shop drawing by the consultant as per the schedule baseline.
- Ensure approval for the material submittals by the consultant as per the schedule baseline and the project specs.
- Full responsibility for the project and deliverables quality.
- Monitoring and controlling the project risks as per the risk management plan
To decide and assign the needed staff for each project as per work requirements.
•To follow and control the work progress in the current projects and find the methods to increase the productivity to match the planned schedules.
•Review and final approval for the invoices from the current projects.
•To approve the needed subcontractors and review their contracts before start.
•Attending the meetings with owners and subcontractors frequently for the current projects and follow the achieved points for the next meetings with the site crew.
•Advising and support the technical office through studding the new projects.
•As a part of the department responsibility is to manage, control and follow the fire maintenance subcontractors for all MADAEN star properties.
The current Projects through this period:
•Renovation of the JAW mall in Al KHARJ city over 40000 m2 after a big fire incident.
•Complete construction of the JAW mall extension over 10000 m2.
construction and finishing works for 3 palaces in El FORSAN compound
Owner: NEHAZE investments
Project area: over 5 000 m2 / palace (including landscape)
Project budget: 20 million / palace
Responsibilities:
- Complete responsibility for all the site (workers, subcontractors, approval for all the deliveries and handing over of all the project phases )
- Preparation for all the sites requests (subcontractors, materials, workers and contracts).
- Monitoring and controlling the work progress and matching with the planned schedules.
- Reporting to the head office daily, weekly and monthly.
- Preparing invoices for the owner and reviewing and approving for the subcontractor’s ones.
- Attend and report all the meetings with all the project stakeholders.
- Review and final approval for the work shop drawing after matching with design drawings and site conditions.
- Evaluating all the staff work in the site yearly.
