• Collaborate with the team to develop and manage the Open-To-Buy (OTB) plan, plan store grade, number of options, and average line buy (ALB) to ensure business performance.
• Work closely with the brand manager to finalize selections, place purchase orders, and develop pricing strategies for seasonal buys.
• Finalize contract terms and conditions to create vendors in the system and coordinate with them to ensure timely delivery of planned stock.
• Update the system catalog to ensure timely stock receiving in warehouse.

• Plan and execute product launches while providing relevant information to the VM and marketing team to reach and attract

• Forecast sales and margin levels on a store-by-store basis and distribute weekly analysis trading reports to the brand team.
• Prepare and update detailed store and market sales and stock reports to evaluate product category and division

• Analyze weekly sales, stock, and intakes and forecast upcoming week sales to facilitate promotions and markdown activities
planning and forecasting.
• Identify best-selling products, brands, and categories using sell-through, rate of sale (ROS), and trading weeks.
• Allocate merchandise and control store inventory levels to ensure proper product availability in stores, considering space
plan and density.
• Analyze in-season and post-season performance to recommend strategies.
• Develop exit strategies for non-performing brands to reduce stock provision risk.
• Undertake projects as assigned by the brand manager to drive sales and improve profitability.
• Execute buying plans to fulfill the buying needs of the group across various fashion apparel and accessory collections representing different styles.
• Collaborate in co-developing the annual sales strategy and forecasts and take responsibility for achieving established targets.
• Regularly follow up on merchandise planning to ensure that all stores have the planned stock levels with the right product mix.
• Monitor product sales performance and maintain consistent pricing policies, proposing promotional activities when necessary, and reporting on activity results.
• Submit timely and accurate reports related to the arrival of new stock or remaining supplies in the store.
• Assisting with the planning of OTB and category plan.
• Reviewing the pre-production sample and the shipping to ensure the production house followed the given guidelines.
• Responsible in coordinating sales staff’s attendance, works and achievements’.
• Contacting the sales executives for proper delivery within the time limit.

• Re solving the issues relating any deviation or damage of materials with suppliers and reimbursing it to the customers.
