Job Responsibilities:
• Working as a Deputy Commercial Manager in a Central Team managing and controlling 18 luxuries Projects.
• Establishing Enterprise Monitoring System for Projects.
• Preparation and revision of project contracts.
• Establishing Enterprise Monitoring System (EPM) and Dashboards for all projects;
• In collaboration with Project managers and construction managers, develop and maintain all processes, templates and standards for functional areas in the Projects “Technical office, Controls department and Site management”;
• Determine the frequency and content of progress reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas;
• preparing projects cost plans.
• Preparation and revision of feasibility studies;
• Projects Cost Estimation.
• Make auditing on projects to determine critical issues and concerns can parry the project goals and objectives;
• Managing all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle against KPIs to monitor performance and ensure service levels are maintained in line with business requirements;
• Managing tender phase starting from preparing tender package till awarding.
• Tracking project developments to ensure overall quality of deliverables, adherence to project time lines as well as financial bottom-lines.
• Provide high level management on progress periodically.

Job Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
•Maintain a continuing review of the progress of the contracts.
• Gather and compile data essential to the administration of contracts.
• Conduct investigations and inquiries into contract problems
• Report on weekly, biweekly & monthly basis to the PM the actual percentage of completion.
• Lead weekly progress meetings to discuss the actual progress of work.
• Supervision of the works and coordination between all parties and work trades as the owner, consultants and contractors.
• Supporting management to take vital decisions at the right timing.
Communication Management:
• Attending weekly meetings with owner representative and high level management;
• Replying on all PMO's correspondences according to contract's provisions;
• Preparation of project presentations for high level management meetings;
• Reviewing the monthly reports prior issuance to the municipality.
Procurement / Purchase Orders:
• Compile data about project needs and classify these needs into standard criteria.
• Check the requirements of project specifications and its conformity with the needed items.
• Contact with suppliers/contractors to obtain offers for the desired items.
• Compare the offers provided by the suppliers/contractors from the technical point of view and assure the compliance of each offer with the project specifications.
• Compare the financial offers of the bidders who are technically accepted.
• Negotiate with bidders in order to amend their offers to complete the requirements or reduce the offer prices.
• Issue purchase order to the successful bidder and finalize the subject.
• Follow up of the ongoing orders and expedite the delivery of the ordered items.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, Manage and Monitor project controls effort (planning/scheduling and cost analysis) for a large, complex and demanding construction program, including time management and cash flow forecasting for multiple projects.
• Evaluate, and forecast Program's performance, against an established Baseline with critical milestones.
• Interface with staff and stakeholders, attend regular meetings, and provide statistical reports to project managers and management staff.
• Meeting cost reporting commitments, assessing costs, forecasts and trends against approved cash flow.
• Assisting in the commercial and time impact evaluation of the contractor’s variation orders and claims.

Job Responsibilities:
• Preparing/Monitoring Project Master Schedule under the guidance of the Project Controls Manager;

• Responsible for reviewing and ensuring that the invoices comply with the provisions of the Contractor/Owner Agreement;

working on the thesis-. “CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS WASTE MANAGEMENT AND ITS IMPACT ON SUSTAINABILITY CONCEPT” the aim of the thesis is to reduce project budget and energy consumption by decreasing waste in construction phase.
Dissertation project “Towards a framework for the integration of natural and industrial ventilation and application of sustainability elements in public buildings” Practical studied include Studied City Stars mall interior ventilation and using architecture elements to convert it to natural ventilation.
