• Establishing Enterprise Monitoring System for Projects.
• Preparation and revision of project contracts.
• Establishing Enterprise Monitoring System (EPM) and Dashboards for all projects;
• In collaboration with Project managers and construction managers, develop and maintain all processes, templates and standards for functional areas in the Projects “Technical office, Controls department and Site management”;

Project Coordination:

•Maintain a continuing review of the progress of the contracts.
• Gather and compile data essential to the administration of contracts.
• Conduct investigations and inquiries into contract problems
• Report on weekly, biweekly & monthly basis to the PM the actual percentage of completion.
• Lead weekly progress meetings to discuss the actual progress of work.
• Supervision of the works and coordination between all parties and work trades as the owner, consultants and contractors.
