Skills:
- Specific technical knowledge related to the products (DELL, HITACHI, ORACLE, VERITAS, ACER, HUAWEI, EMC).
• Commercial pedagogical techniques (canvassing, negotiation, sales, quotations, invoicing, etc.).
• Strong commercial temperament, Developer in project mode, Negotiations of high levels
• -Master of the different configurators of the products marketed.
• -Management (administrative and accounting).
-Support customers across phone service for computer problems
-Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
