• Assist corporate clients (Government, Banks, Private Companies) for FIT and group booking.
• Responsible for ticket reservations to both corporations and the general public.
• Deals with customer’s queries and complaints to resolve issues.
• Keep clients up to date with any changes on flight details.
• Respond to clients email and phone calls.
• Confirm and modify flight reservations through Amadeus system.
• Coordinate with airline companies for any requests from client.
• Handles ticket issuance and rebooking for individuals and business affiliates.
• Answer customer inquiries for flight schedules, accommodations, reservations and cancellations.
• Find suitable dates and flights for passengers that meet their requests.
• Plan routes, itineraries and schedules for customers.
• Provide relevant information to passengers such as time, currency, weather, and political situation of the destination countries.
• Prepare travel insurance policies and arrange for collection and issue the required documentation.
• Arrange reservations and routing for passengers.
• Examine passenger’s ticket or pass and direct them to specified area for loading.
• Call customers to advise of any event changes and/or cancellations or to confirm reservation.
