Responsibilities:
 To ensure that the company safety policy is maintained on site.
 Co-ordinate with site management in effective implementation of HSE program.
 Assist and support team in preparation of risk assessment.
 Ensure the toolbox talks are being conducted daily.
 Daily inspection of the site to identify the hazards associated with the work if any and
initiate appropriate measure to overcome it.
 Conducting and participating in job safety meeting.
 Conducting drills and training such as, oil spill, work at height and basic firefighting
etc...
 Report and investigate all near miss, incident, accident, identify the root cause and take
necessary step to eliminate dangerous and re-occurrence.
 Auditing permits.
 Inspection of heavy equipment, according to the approved safety plan.
 Input to the site progress meeting on the safety matters.

• Leading overall HSE implementation in compliance with UAE, HFZA, Hamriyah Port Authority, and Sharjah
Prevention and safety authority (SPSA) regulations.
• Lead implementation of HSE Management System in compliance with UAE regulatory and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain HSEMS documentation aligned with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards.
• Coordinate ISO certification and surveillance audits with SGS and Bureau Veritas.
• Act as HSE focal point during client audits, inspections, and management reviews.
• Review contractor and JV HSE documentation including risk assessments, lifting plans, and PTW systems.
• Conduct HSE inspections, audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
• Support multinational Joint Venture operations with MICOPERI ensuring alignment of HSE standards across
multi-stakeholder project execution.
• Participate in joint inspections, safety meetings, and compliance reviews with JV and client representatives.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, training sessions, and emergency drills.
• Maintain HSE statistics, legal registers, audit records, and compliance documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of safety culture and HSE performance.

•Overall supervision on safety aspects and reports.
•Keeping records of equipment’s, firefighting appliances etc.
•Follow up of client’s work permit system.
•Daily monitoring of workers at the site to ensure their safety procedure in the concerned work.
•Report to project director and company safety manager.
•Preventing and detecting offences on site.
•Undertaking investigations into reports of offences.
•Conducting employee surveys.
•Conducting safety trainings (toolbox talk, induction etc...).
