DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In Post-Contract:

• Preparing Interim Payment Applications, Statements at Completion and Final Accounts with supporting document and Negotiation with consultant and client to certify timely certification based on COC.
• Estimate for additional works and preparation of variation accordingly Contract Documents and Negotiating with Consultant and client.
• Evaluation of abortive works / day works and Negotiating with Consultant and client.
• Review, Negotiate & Finalize related all claims to agree in line of contract terms with major suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare Monthly Cost Report and Cost controlling, Cost analyzing in different aspects of the project to minimize the costs and enhance value for money.
• Monitoring and forecasting the project cost to complete
• Value engineering proposals
• Drafting of contractual correspondences
• Ensuring contractual notices and Contractors’ entitlements are properly administered
