Our main objective is working on increasing the market shares by finding and targeting new customers, And maintaining the company's relation with the old customers as Delta was established in 1983 and we are a Complementary industries (Fragrance and Flavors) so we have a long term relationship with many big whales.
E-Marketing (website updating and offers, Facebook Page, and our visual exposure on web), Graphic Design (publications and Stores' Branding) and Corporate Sales.
Responsible for the marketing research project for the branch clients.
I managed 2 projects
First one was for the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology they needed a 5000 survey in 10 Governorates and the survey was contained 12 pages and I recruited 15 freelancers to do it with small budget.
Second Project, NECBB (New England Cord Blood Bank) they needed to know if Egypt is a target market for them or not as they were thinking in establishing a stem cells bank here the quota was 1000 survey in the big cites.
and I organized a lot of events there during this year
I was a member in a team of four local members recruited by Microsoft Egypt supporting an english team (F1 Consulting) in doing the infra structure for Imagine Cup 09 then monitoring the machines during the event
