• Ensure prompt and regular submission of main contract Interim payment application along with all supporting documents and negotiation with consultant to get timely certification
• Preparing the Measurement sheet/ Backups documents for IPA based on Method of measurement in line with approved shop drawing and As-Built drawings for Re-Measurable contract works (it covers the Ground Investigation, Demolition & Site clearance, Earthworks, Road works, Streetscape, Concrete Structures, Removal & Rerouting of utilities, “Pipe works -for Portable water supply, Storm Drainage, Sewerage, Irrigation, Fire Fighting Networks”, HV & LV Networks, Fittings & Vales, Manhole, Supporting & Protection for pipe works, Structural Metal works, Asphalt and paving, Signs & markings, Waterproofing and Etc..)
• Preparation of Statement at completion and Final Account along with supporting documents
• Advice and discuss with project manager and contract manager on cost implication of variations
• Estimate for extra works, preparation of variation, negotiating and follow-up variations with consultant
• Unit rate analysis and new rate build-up for new Items which is not in the contract.
• Maintaining a variation log that tracks the current status of all variations, substantiation, negotiation and agreement of variations with the client/ consultant.
• Attend monthly site meetings and internal site meetings
• Quantity taking off from IFC drawings & BOQ preparation for sub-contract agreement.
• Compiling enquiries for Sub-contractors’ and Suppliers’ to request for quotations (RFQ)
• Following up with sub-contractors, suppliers for quotations and preparation of cost comparison.
• Analysis the changes of drawing for sub-contract payment based on actual progress
• Field visits to evaluate and certify the quantity of work done before any certification of sub-contractors and supplier payment and Re-measurement/ site measurement if required
• Review and evaluation of sub contractor's payment application and certified.
• Assisting Contracts Manager for Claims submittals & ensure that contemporary records are produced and maintained to support claims
• Preparation of cash flow forecast and Monthly financial summary statement
• Involve in the procurement of materials, especially which are long lead items
• Issue the variation order to subcontractors, review, negotiate & settle sub-contractor’s variations
• Monitoring and forecasting the project cost to complete
• Reviewing subcontractors Variations, evaluation and issuance of the variations Orders

(Pre-Contract):
• Taking off Quantity according to the Tender documents.
• Compiling enquiries for Sub-contractors’ and Suppliers’ to request for quotations (RFQ)
• Preparation of Tender clarifications (RFI)
• Following up with sub-contractors, suppliers for quotations and preparation of cost comparison.
• Estimating & Rate analyzing.
• Involving for Preparation of construction programs.
