1. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
2. Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
3. Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.

• Managing overall activities of Sales & Marketing Dept. through the team consists of four Area Sales managers for HUBs “ DHA, RUH, JED & AHB “, SUBs Sales Manager, 10 Sales Executives & 3 Key Accounts Managers plus Customer Services Dept.
• Preparation Annual Budget after co-ordination with Operations, Finance & HR Dept. and Top management approval.
• Set a products targets plan in terms of "Volume, Market share and Profit" as well as design growth plans.
• Preparation and implementation of business plans which include “Customers’ Agreements, Sales Process & Work Flow. Market Analysis, Market Survey, Competitors' Analysis, business figure, Resource Planning and Development by adding New product Services like “Ware-Housing & Distributions / Refrigerated Trucks “ and CRM.
• Manage and follow up the preparation of Monthly OPS / Sales meeting and compare the results with our plan to review our action plan with necessary corrective actions if needed.
• Follow up through Area Sales Manager & Customer Services Manager the preparation of various sales reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly sales reports, Sales Forecast, Budget, Reports & Marketing Plan, ).
• Weekly Top Management meeting to review the results and follow up or modify our action plan.
• Responsible for revenue generation, collections and opening new accounts as well as business lead.
• Leading & managing overall activities of the sales team consists of five sales executives plus two key account managers.
