• Ensure that all administrative tasks are attended to and in compliance with BRF internal rules & regulations.

• Align HR practices with strategic business initiatives. Identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the businesses and functions they support.

• Employee’s attendance management & monitoring, controlling attendance as per company policy, and Preparation
monthly attendance reports.
• SAP system. Purchase requests (PR), Purchase orders (PO), Purchase orders booking, and Monthly Provision.
• Addition, Deletion & Updating employees in GOSI.
• Employees onboarding and offboarding.

• Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.

• Supervising trainees under company sponsorship and to act as advisor.
• Liaise with internal and external training providers to develop training, training schedules and ensure the timely
delivery of the training.
• Take care of SAP system for making purchase requests (PR), releasing purchase orders (PO), and doing service entry
(SE).
• Take care of Payroll & Payroll Update, handling payroll queries, Preparation of monthly salaries for all employees as
per the schedule.
• Preparation of weekly/Monthly/Annual HR reports. (Recruitment / Training / Employment / Saudization.)
• Addition, Deletion & Updating employees in GOSI.
• Working on SAP system for Addition, Deletion & Updating employees.
• Prepare & Maintains employee - related databases.
