- Preparing Monthly reports for all the Projects with a timeline that shows the days pending for releasing the units to customer

- Monitoring Unprocessed materials based on Production need by date given previously by Production Department, and to study the reason of delay

- Contacting suppliers to arrange delivery for major items that would affect delivery dates

- Communicating and accompanying Customers for Factory Inspection/Testing/Visits
