> Assigned in At-Turaif District in Ad-Diriyah-UNESCO World Heritage Center
and responsible for repair and maintenance activities (CM, PPM, Condition
Monitoring), repair and maintenance of electrical equipments, lightings, power
sockets and distribution panels.
Worked on operation and maintenance of low voltage (LV) and medium voltage
(MV) switchgear, transformers, protection relays, UPS, Generator, and lighting
system (targetti, Lumen Pulse, Philips, etc.)
Troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate testing equipments
Operation & maintenance and installation of (LV) low voltage DB panels, MCB,
MCCBSs, RCDs, RCBO, ELR, etc.
Repair and replace electrical devices and various types of lighting fixtures.
Conduct regular inspection of building facility for defects, unsafe condition, and
equipment abnormalities, street and common area lights malfunctioning and
wiring short circuits and notify my immediate Supervisor to rectify the issues
according to priority.
> Routine inspection of stand-by diesel generator sets, transformers, substation,
motor control circuits (MCCs), electrical rooms, lighting fixtures for safety and
protection to property.

> Install electrical wiring, conduits, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, lighting systems, and
panels according to design drawings and electrical codes.
> Connect electrical systems to power sources and equipment.
> Ensure correct cable sizing and routing based on load requirements.
> Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
> Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
> Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as
various testing equipment
> Responsible for cable pulling and laying of cables. Inspecting cable lines,
conducting tests, etc.
> Test electrical installations for continuity, insulation resistance, and grounding
> Verify that all systems function as per design and safety standards before
handover.
> Assist engineers during commissioning of equipment such as motors,
transformers, and control panels.
> Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
