Find suitable candidates through advertising in print, broadcast and online media, as well as through networking, web posting, recommendations and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews by phone (Pre-Screening of the candidates) to determine experience and skill level.

Coordinate & execute as well Walk-in & Scheduled Interviews.
Sourcing of profiles through conventional methods and using social network sites.
Follow up for feedback and staying in touch with candidates till joining.

Coordination for releasing of Recruitment Advertisement in Newspapers.
Salary negotiation with the candidates.
Issuing of Offer letters, Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer, Appraisal, Relieving & other communication letters
Coordination with bank executive for opening the Saving Accounts of all employees
Issuing the employee code and their business card.
Statutory Compliance:
Handling statutory compliance & ensuring timely returns under various applicable Acts like ESIC, PF, Gratuity etc.
Payrolling/Compensation & Benefits:
Handling payroll process, leave management, arrears.
Maintaining Attendance Records, Leave, Leave Encashment, Personnel files & records.
Joining & Exit Formalities:
Giving welcome calls and other pre joining formalities like filling offer information sheets & pre joining forms etc.
Induction of new employees through orientation to the organization’s policies, process & culture.
Providing new joiners with joining kit and helping them in joining formalities.
Induction & Employee Orientation.
Mail for the new joiners introducing them within the organization.
Exit formalities and Full and Final settlement process for employees.
Documentation:
MIS generation & preparation of weekly & monthly Reports (maintaining the Employee Attendance/Leave Records).
Preparation of Documents- Contract agreements, Relieving, Experience certificate Confirmation Letter.
Helping & coordinating with HR Head in Performance Appraisals & Probation Confirmations.
Bank Account Opening and ID Cards.
Maintaining exit interview forms for records.
