Establish and maintain an effective single line of communication with the Client/Consultant/Distributor.
Participating in the front end meetings to understand the requirements, work on the building layout detail drawings for structure cabling / ELV systems & developing Schematics & Detail layout drawings.
Design/assist in implementation of IT & Telecom Drawings /Infrastructure for NOC from Service Provider.
Provide Architectural, structural, ID and MEP coordination; for all trunk routes, conduit & electrical requirements. Perform site/system inspection requests for all IT/AV-ELV systems for subject approvals.
Produce material submittal documents and list internal labor estimates (per project whenever required).
Develop / Review pre-construction package (design & documentation)
Assist with the technical design & pricing for proposals, as needed.
Identify all Equipments, cabling & misc. materials need for project.
On site supervision for all vertical, horizontal & FTTH based structure cabling implementations.
ELV System implementation for Satellite, Cable, IP and convergence networks.
Develop design/bid documents (Tender Proposals/BOQ) for design/build contracts.
On-Site coordination with MEP, ID Consultants / Contractors to avoid/understand any & all significant changes in the BOQ.
Meeting with different IT/AV-ELV vendors to learn more and alternative technologies.

Periodical Checking of Detectors and Devices.

Conducting Fire Drill to ensure all the devices are working properly.

Installation and Troubleshooting.

Interacting with Client and fulfill their needs as per their requirement.

Periodical checking of DVR, Multiplexer and Recorder.

Finding the Problems in Safety & Security Systems and rectify it as much as earlier.

Preparing Vendor Access Inventory, Employee Access Inventory, Vendor Access Reconciliation, Employee Access Reconciliation, Restricted Room Reconciliation for about 11000 Employees.

Preparing Daily Restricted Room Access Denied Report, Operator Log, Daily Check List, Monthly Service Reports, And Quarterly Service Reports.

Maintenance of Fire Alarm Panel, Access Control System, CCTV, Fire Extinguishers and Public Announcement System.
