My workload includes interviewing company officials and evaluating each company based on their financial figures and legal status. The companies are mainly international and based in the GCC and Middle East. I also write reports advising insurance companies and providing them with consultations with regards to their supplies to the companies they deal with.
As a fan of the FIA® Formula 1 competition, I am pleased to be part of this interesting event since its arrival in Bahrain. I worked as part of the temporary staff of the media centre in every Formula 1 event held. Also, I was included in the Supercars V8 (Australia), GP2 and many more.
Trying to start my career after graduating and obtaining my Bachelor’s degree, I worked at Century 21 as a real estate agent for a period of 3 months. During that period, I learned vital and useful information regarding the real estate industry. I dealt directly with clients in order to find suitable properties for their needs.
Doing these three months in Orbit Showtime Network was a truly good experience for me especially after the merger of these two great competitors. I have gained new skills in sales and customer service sectors by introducing new products into the market and dealing with different types of individuals. Also, I learned different ways of introducing goods and services into today’s market.
After taking a few months off, I returned to Ahli United Bank with a different skilful job as sales operations coordinator. I worked as a coordinator in charge of processing applications for loan and credit card requests. I was the link between the direct sales department, the clients and other departments of the bank in order to finalise the transactions. This has absolutely gained me more skills in dealing with system entries, team work, having a direct contact with the management and customer relations. I acquired background information regarding some of the transactions of the banking and financial industry in which I enjoy.
Along side studying for my degree, I served as a sales representative for Ahli United Bank by selling a variety of financial products targeted to all categories of the market. I have gained good communication skills and customer service experience by dealing with individuals of different cultures and backgrounds.
