Coordinate and implement the selection of project beneficiaries by holding informational sessions in targeted governorates, registering interested participants using the IM System and Impact Atlas, verifying participants by conducting home visits, and, consequently, shortlisting and selecting families that meet the Graduation Approach criteria.
Scheduling regular mentoring visits to selected families at their homes to keep them updated with project goals and their progress during their enrollment. Mentoring visits include tasks requiring completing a home visit survey provided by the project. Provide individual and group mentoring and coaching to enhance all households' psychosocial well-being, self-efficacy, and resilience, including crisis intervention, healthy relationships, constructive coping, and resilience. Mentoring visits include following up on the youth member's job-matching opportunity and the livelihood grant for non-youth members within the household.
Organize and recap carefully sequenced Graduation Approach Training targeting household members to empower and spread awareness of the family's capacity to achieve financial literacy.
Facilitate community groups and meetings, support financial literacy and solving debt, and guide participants through challenges related to the program or communities and their families by encouraging households to participate in Saving Credit Groups (SCGs).
Follow up on the progress of vocational training for youth employment and livelihood grant beneficiaries.
Support households in developing social networks and encourage community participation and activities to build social cohesion and awareness on key health issues, e.g., food security, safe drinking water, balanced diet, hygienic practices, and reducing vulnerabilities to diseases.
Follow up with all families regarding the consumption support and support them with protection referral services in coordination with the relevant specialist within the organization.
Assemble and submit dropout cases to management.
Ensure safety measures related to COVID 19 during all field visits.
