• Site Management for the section Preparation of Work Schedule.
• Estimation of Materials, liaising with design team and procurement.
• Assisting supervisors and foreman on site during all site set up.
• Ensures that the track works are carried out as per schedule, within the budget, in line with the quality standards and as per health and safety standards.
• Coordinating all construction interface activities and providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating with Track works activities.
• Layout and Installation of reinforcement cages and shutters installation.
• Coordinate with surveyor, Paver & Appitrack operators for concrete paving and Baseplate installation.
• Coordinate with quality engineers in batching plant and on site.
• Layout and Installation of Running rail, marking for the baseplates for drilling of running rails, Gluing for all baseplates.
• Layout and coordinate with the welding team and Distressing team.
• Layout and installation work for MV ducts, check rail, Guard rail and 3rd rail.
• Liaise with logistic manager and operation manager regarding the materials and transportation of the materials, tools, equipments, etc.
• Managing and arranging the workforce, Designing and implementing the site facilities with logistics manager and operation manager.
• Monitoring and Supervising the implementation of Method statement and inspection Plan and / or Programme and ensuring incorporated materials are in compliance with the approved materials and specifications.
• Participate in meetings (i.e., program review meetings, progress meetings, coordination meetings, constructability review meetings, etc.) and manage all communications regarding project planning activities. Provide efficient and accurate feedback to the Team and Preparing the minutes of meetings.
• Liaise with the site/interface engineer in regard to the installation procedures and progress in regard to the 2 weekly programme.
• Coordinate with the supervisor the work to be done by subcontractors and controls that the methods used by these subcontractors are in line with the TJV regulations.
• Coordinate and Participate in meetings with TSY and CJV for uninterrupted progress.
• Scheduling the sequences and activities to be carried out in 6-week program and reviewing it periodically for the changes and alternatives.
• Preparing daily reports, weekly report and monthly report for the management and consultant.
• To ensure the implementation of all safety procedures and measures related to the nature of work.
• On site management and supervision of sub-contractors, including coordination of works and procurement of materials.
• checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly supervising contracted staff.
• providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
• Verification of completed works and evaluation of progress claims.

• To supervise the Buildings structure, finishing and infrastructure works and arrangements for construction sources.

• To deal with the sub-contractors and ensure sub-contractors work as per codes and project specifications.
• To coordinate with the consultants and incorporate comments at site if any.
• To supervise and handling of manpower and working out manpower to complete the project in stipulate time frame.

• Coordination for the preparation of as built drawings

Includes architectural, structural, traffic, ocean, and geo-technical engineers.
