- BAUD TELECOM COMPANY, (BTC) Partner with Ciena Operation and Maintenance Telecom Engineer, Khobar, 2012-Present

- Selected to work in field for O&M TXM to maintain and troubleshoot Ciena equipment, with 24×7 technical support for more than sixty sites.
- Oversee and monitor staging testing to ensure appropriate supplier performance and consistent service quality. Mentor and train maintenance engineers.
- Coordinating troubleshooting with other vendor companies when needed and assisting technical support group when special testing is being conducted.
- Authored maintaining engineering test and acceptance procedures for Ciena 3930, 5150, 6500, 5430, 5410. Ensured timely replacement of defective equipment.
