o Ensure to comply and meet Company's KPI targets & goals
o Lead/Manage team to understand the dept. vision and strategic plans to meet sales target.
o Maintaining records of all orders to perform sales analysis, observe market and customer performance.
o Maximize GP by exploring new customers, new product line & maintaining inventory.

o Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly meetings to deliver sales goals.
o Prepare sales reports and forecast by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information.
o Manage inside and outside sales for proper handling from closing the deal to entering data in the system.
o Resolve customer complaints by investigating the root cause; develop solutions; prepare reports; and work with the concerned team to solve permanently.
o Ensuring the team to have a fast response to customer concerns and complaints by addressing the issue and work with the team to identify the root cause and resolve the issue.
o Lead the sales teams during tender clarifications and contract negotiation to successful closing
