- Plays a key role in the planning, development, monitoring and evaluation of the assigned project(s).
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and Designs as required by program, Complete technical designs, assessments, and reports according
to adopted Engineering Principles.
- Provide leadership and technical support to team and liaising with other stakeholders with support from the line manager.
- Responsible for working with government ministries, the correct selection and registration of beneficiaries, implementation of
WASH activities and coordination with technical and support staff to ensure a correct, timely and effective execution.
- Manage the Capacity building activity for the local authorities’ members of the directorate the deal with the NGO.
