• Customer will approach for the information regarding the plans, Offers, and Discounts. We will search in the Google Verizon portal and get the information and assist the customer via chat.
For Example; Regarding the current internet Price, TV channels in the USA like NBC, CNN, Fox News

• Basically we review the reviews in Google regarding Verizon services and work accordingly and

• Handling New customers and Existing customers
• Supported the Team Lead and SME’s while discussing the Escalated chats
• Ensure high quality and high volume productivity.
• Checking duplicate billing on Tally
• Contacting suppliers on a daily basis to deliver required goods
• Taking customer feedback on staff to improve customer relationship
• Checking goods before getting in-store to avoid damage and expiry
• Training new cashier on Tally software
• Developing employees and their skill sets to expand the team capabilities and provide growth opportunities

• Maintaining Shrinkage and attrition.
• Training new Hire on process and customer requirement to deliver the right thing to the customer.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of daily reports and communications involving sales reports.
