Ensure the implementation of HSE Policy in the site. Ensure regulatory compliance of the site with local HSE legislation. Support and evaluate the new projects regarding HSE. Set up and manage the risk management systems. Implement and co-ordinate the internal HSE audit process. Participate and support for external audits. Co-ordinate site HSE Management review meetings with Site Leadership Team. Execute responsibilities of site according to lawful and ethical standard. Manage the documentation of health, safety and environment and energy management systems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) Manage and Co-ordinate HSE documentations and reports with other departments. Carrying out routine condition monitoring tasks on rotating equipment by data collection, as per the plant requirements. Carrying out extensive analysis on the vibration & other data collected to diagnose / troubleshoot rotating machinery problems and recommend remedial measure. Provide technical support to production and other departments. Manage and implement HSE culture activities at the site.
