•Maximum sales and profit contribution of the brand by executing planning and sales functions, stock allocations, inventory replenishment, stock management, and retail price architecture.Establish lasting professional relationship and best working practices.Develop marketing initiatives, employ innovative promotional strategies and ensure the brand appropriately represented and portrayed in the market

• Oversee compliance of Mall Managers with sales and record-keeping procedures as per the SOP’s.

In charge of Centrepoint Dome / Haddab /Al Rajhi Makkah, two year each for these mall stores.
•Comprising each with four concepts ( Babyshop, Shoemart.Splash, Lifestyle )including Homecentre measuring in area with each store from 60 - 75000sq ft.Where on all these stores ranked first three position in terms of Sales and returns.
•Daily day to day activities include cross verifying of all policies and procedures are in line with management requirement and all the stanadards are set as per the guidelines.
•Monitoring the activity of loyalty card programme, developing customer database to extend customer loyalty
•Played instrumental role in branding “Cityplaza converting to Centrepoint “ensuring all the new features and product of stores are in line as per business requirement
•Confirming Dome the Anchor store with highest sales and turnover across region for continuous three calendar year.
