Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.

Managing the day-to-day operations of the Division.

Third Generation (3G) Core Network:
ZTE 3G Platform Operations, Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
ZTE 3G Platform system configurations and support.
Analyze and troubleshoot SS7, SIGTRAN Signaling related problem.
Assisting the customer in problem analysis and resolution either independently or utilizing assigned resources
Communicating with other teams for the smooth operation of the network.

Operate and Support ZTE Smart Customer Care and Billing System (ZSmart) Portals (Admin, System, CSR).
Provide expertise on IT Billing and Provisioning Systems in general.
Establish the Wireless Billing and Provisioning requirements and follow up these with the IT department.
Ensure that the Billing, Interconnect, Resource Management System and related automated IT systems are up and operational 24 by 7.
Investigate Unallocated Calls reasons and ensure to resolve the cause and rate all.
Monitor disk storage and perform housekeeping and archiving for data and log files.
Generate monthly Invoices and make sure to be printed correctly.
Perform necessary audit procedures and fill in daily checklists on the Billing and Interconnect systems to ensure data integrity and no revenue leakage.
Define requirements for new services and products.
Create packages, discount plans, rating schemas.
Generate different reports on demand.
Set up different tariff plans for different products and services.
Design and implementation of ZSmart CSR staff training.

Manages the operation of LAN and WAN systems utilizing routers, connectors and servers.
Provides advanced technical support regarding the more complex and involved LAN and WAN problems.

Support Web application using IIS 6.0
Support Cluster Service on both Windows Server 2003 and Solaris 9.
Supervises the implementation and maintenance of the Network Protocol TCP/IP, allocation, assignment plus IP address
Manages the IP addressing scheme, plus sub-netting and route summarization to optimize the system.
Coordinates and plans installation and maintenance of Cat5e (TIA568A-B) and cabling.
Supervises installation and maintenance of Virus Protection software for network servers.
Initiates performance standards and corrective measures to improve service quality and performance.
Reviews equipment performance analysis; gathers data; determines efficiency and submits reports.

Enter all complaints in complaints log database after support services issued.

Ensure that new staffs are setup on the server on their destined computer.
Implement and manage Exchange 2003 server mail system on Windows Server 2003.
Update machines with antivirus signature.
