• Drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation and Execution of all Technical contracts (short form, annual, maintenance, consultancy, purchase agreements and new projects contracts).
• Serve as the point of contact for suppliers and contractors on contractual matters. Act as contractual “middleman”, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
• Develop standards for contracts, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provision.
• Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
• On all standard and nonstandard contracts, provide redlined recommendations and often negotiate directly with second party until consensus has been reached.

In this project we succeeded in executing deals with international firms in field of critical spare parts supply, technical support and firm that match the sophistication of the hydropower industry and domination of few firms on it.
• Design Key performance indicator for company plan follow up and avoidance of deviations.
• Reservoir level versus efficiency in long term monitoring computerized plat form.
• Was part of the team that analyzed and solved the cracking generator spider ribs in hydro generators.
This was a phenomenal technical problem in the generator field that was difficult to analyze by many international companies.

• Have been one of the effective team members in building the Maintenance System include (plans, tools, inventory level & workers shifts).
• Introduction of the Predictive maintenance system and analysis based on vibration.
This was one of the most successful systems that helped in solving many chronic defects and predicting failures.

• Assist in solving the Condenser mode failure during flood season.
This failure was one of the main NCR against the Merowe Project electromechanicl contractor (ALSTOM), although we were Junior Engineers we took the challenge to solve this complex problem and we succeeded in that
