Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Monitoring and Managing Accounts Receivables.
•Handling Accounts Payable.
•Analyzing Ageing Report and Process Payment.
•Prepare Cheques including Staff Payments and Petty cash
•Managing payroll function for all the employees
•Prepare and process, WPS payments and non - WPS payments, leave salary settlement and final settlement (EOSB)
•Entry and follow-up of employee’s deductions, loans, additions, commissions, unpaid leaves
•Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
•Petty Cash Management
•Manage daily cash processes, reviews cash activity, and prepares cash position and summary reports for management
•Preparing Bank, Credit Card reconciliation
•Communications with banks and management
•Preparing Payment voucher and receipt Voucher.
•Generating physical inventory adjustment reports for Audit record.
•Assist annual inventory checking.
•Preparing month end schedules and closing files
•Provide Daily, monthly, yearly, financial Reports to the Financial Manager.
•Assist annual audit.
Preparation of books of Accounts for submitting sale tax authorities.
•Preparation& Payment of Value Added Tax of different Firms in Calicut.
•E-Filing of Sale Tax & Service Tax.
•Advising clients in Different tax matters.
•Prepare Sales Register, Purchase Register, and Stock Register.
•Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement
•Financial Statement Preparation.
•controlling Documents and Records of the Company
•Data Entry of the Documents.
•Produce and design reports as required by the manager.
