- Deal with Swiber in term of handover after sailaway, demarcation scope between SDE
and Swiber, scheduling, supplying marine spreads, etc.
- Monitor closely on Swiber’s progress during offshore installation to avoid any schedule
slippage.
b) ONGC (Client), CA, TPI
- Provide update to Client for weekly progress, work schedule, etc.
- As a focal personnel to liaise with CA and TPI during work execution at site.
