➢ To run the plant with maximum efficiency with minimum losses and produce maximum goods with quality standards.calaulate the yield of various operations.
➢ Manage day / night for production control.
➢ Conduct internal audits and train new staff for production activity.
➢ Controlling the FG stock and traceability of finished products FIFO.
➢ Expertly support and manage day-to-day purchasing operations
➢ Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
➢ Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
➢ Provide cover for the QC in their absence.
➢ Working closely with all relevant personnel and within the frameworks of existing Quality, HACCP and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
➢ Conducting GMP and other internal audits to maintain and improve site manufacturing performance, ensuring that all non-conformances are highlighted to relevant personnel and relevant action is taken.
➢ Monitoring all CCP’s of Production.
➢ Coordinate with Sales coordinator for production Forecast
➢ Coordinate with Maintenance Team for any breakdown & Pre maintenance activity.
➢ Manage and prioritize all production processes and implement all production plans

➢ Production cum R&D in extrusion, cooking, frying, packaging, flavoring and manpower management.
➢ Franchise operation-coordination between parent company & Contract Company.
➢ Handling and setting of machine, troubleshooting and maintenance.
➢ Quality checks of incoming primary & secondary packing material according to Specifications lay down.
➢ Ensure cost effective operations by improving productivity and reducing waste.
➢ Handled Department of dispatches and stores according to Batch. Nos. and FIFO method.
➢ To give PDC (predispatch clearance) before dispatches.
➢ Expand programs effective training raw materials of employees to promote team awareness and compete.
➢ Assuming that the used in the process is suitable for the product for long shelf life & good quality.
➢ Providing training for new Workers in production area.
➢ Responsible to maintain safety zones in production area so that any accidents not occur during production.
➢ Completing of given target production.
➢ Supervise effective working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules and ensure compliance to all company policies.
➢ Maintain records of all data relating to production.
➢ To prepare DAILY INFORMATION REPORT relating to Production (i.e.produvicity, wastages, Breakdowns.etc.)
