Duties and Responsibilities (Reception/Administration)
provided full secretarial and clerical support to Administration
management team
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.
Receive and direct visitors and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities (Facility Coordinator)
Control Store rooms and stock and monthly orders and deliveries.
Make sure all documents are in order and filed.
Manage office consumables (office stationaries and pantry
consumables, tracking when it is needed and how to minimize
excess usage).
Manage and supervise office boys according to their daily task.
Carry out monthly recaps with office boys to perform daily checks
of meeting rooms and office successfully and reporting failures
and faults in a timely manner.
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment’s
Book couriers’ pick-ups, support on creation of commercial invoice
and complete delivery forms during working hours. Ensure that
couriers, mails & bank statements are delivered to the office and
sent to individual in a timely manner and/or have been informed
that there is a package at reception. Distribution of mails &
documents will be diverted to the office boy.
Assist/apply new employees & projects for access cards, parking
cards and SIM card and insurance card and ensure handed over
in a timely manner and charge to their cost centers or project
details.
Apply, execute and maintain all functions related to quality issues
and coordinates landlord and suppliers to ensure that the issues
had been responded and rectified accordingly.
