Duties & Responsibilities:
• Registering our company as new vendor to all ADNOC GROUP OF COMPANIES through Maximo system, manual application, tejari.com and other required system that as per required from each ADNOC MEMBER.
• Prequalifying our principal/manufacturer endorsed product to all oil and gas companies in Abu Dhabi as well as to EPC Contractors.
• Visiting and Meeting with the buyers, contractor Engineers and some end users especially to our ADNOC clients.
• Following up to buyers regarding to all the submitted quotations as well as purchase orders.
• Coordinating with the logistics to follow up international shipment and deliveries.
• Preparing some agency agreement and contract between our principal manufacturer and our company.
• Looking for some new potential principal manufacturers and good source suppliers.
• Outsourcing some request for quotations and price agreement especially for special items.
• Preparing some mark up for the quotations.
• Submitting the commercial quotation and technical offer through e -tendering or through delivering sealed quotations to mailroom.
