-Monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job within specified time frames.
-Examine the drawings, assess the material requirements,
- Examine the project program and based on the schedules mentioned assess the material and manpower requirement for the job.

Experience in fit out projects specifically in Turnkey Interior Fit-out works including but not limited to:
▪ Dry wall partitions & cladding.

▪ Raised floor installation .
▪ Floor finishing works.

Operational
● Plan design and supervise major/minor renovation and modelling activities at residential and commercial properties.
● Liaise with department Heads or representatives to determine interior layout requirements. Operational Safety.
● Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operation to assure employee safety, security, legislative compliance and delivery of high-quality service with a responsible environmental attitude.

Project:
● JW Marriott Hotel Apartment (Client: Daphne Hotels Company (DHC)) 53-store hotel (297 hotel rooms &120 serviced apartments) - With a total built-up area of about 119, 285 square meters, the 215-meter high hotel

Responsibilities:
● Manage all facets of project finishing management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
● Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
● Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.

Responsibilities:
● Integrates findings with knowledge of interior design and formulates plan to be practical, aesthetic and conductive for intended purpose compliant with Life Safety Parameters.
● Maintains illustrative materials on available products and materials for selection by the Management.
● Prepares proposals for design work including sketches and quantity estimates for various work items for deriving cost estimates and subsequent approvals.
● Ensure that all supervisors understand work health and safety requirements and expectations to the extent that they can pass on relevant information, identify training needs and provide appropriate supervision in their workplace.
● Ensure full awareness of work health and safety requirements and expectations in order to minimize health and safety risks for self and colleagues.

Project:
Century Hotel Extension (3 Basement +G+M+14 Floors) - Old Salata, Qatar.
Extension of 82 studios and suites supported by an Olympic swimming pool, Italian restaurant and a SPA

● coordinate between the Interior Design and HVAC and Fire department
● coordinate between the Interior Design and Electricity and Lighting department
● Inspect and supervise all the finishing of the ceramic & marble tiles, parquet hardwood flooring tiles, blocks, plaster work, stone cladding and painting. In addition to the installation of all Gypsum decoration on the walls.
● checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
● ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
● planning the work and efficiently organising the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
● day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
● overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
● preparing reports as required
● resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
● Responsible for coordination with the subcontractor for all FF&E items as well as Fit-out works and inspecting the furniture’s in the factory made by the sub-contractors

Responsibilities:
● Liaising with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
● Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
● Approving materials’ prices & making cost-effective solutions & proposals for the intended project.
● Select samples, including flooring, carpet, and paint to be approved by client.
● Use computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Cinema 4D, Photoshop and etc.) to create drawings.
