contracts, following up the projects up to execution, ..

3.Meeting annual sales targets (5000 tons of steel equivalent to 150.000 m2 to 250.000 m2 of project area)
4.Preparation of annual reports for market status, competitors evaluation, lost jobs, coming projects, clients satisfaction ..
5.Coordination with Top Management to study the ways to develop the business and inrease the sales works
6.Hold meetings with clients/consultants/contractors for technical asssistance, and advise for the best effective and economical building, hence support them in budgeting and planning of the project
6.Preparation of techno-commercial offer
7.Negotiating tender and contract terms (cost, delivery period, payment terms, specifications, building description, design loads and codes, paint system ..) with client up to closing the deal and signing the contract
8.Follow up the project execution (approval drawings, change orders, payments, erection reports, claims, specifications, warranties ..) up to the end of erection of the project
9.Coordination with company departments (engineering, order management, finance, purchasing, QC, Shop ..) for project progress
10.After selling services
11.Site visits to monitor materials offloading, storage, erection process and make necessary reports for materials defects, erection mistakes, water test, inspection ..
12.Assisting Erectors with installation instructions
13.Contracts Administration by checking all the points before siganture, Cost Control by controling the project changes to be within budget limit, Project Planning by providing schedules for design&detailing&Manufacturing
14.Assisting clients by providing list of sub-contractors for erection, civil works, electro-mechanical works, accessories suppliers ...
