- Translating strategies and polices into long and short -term plans.
- Managing financial transactions involving general funds, contracts and expenses.
- Performs comprehensive analysis and projections, relating to business or research trends.
- Overseeing the development and monitoring of budget expenses.
- Assisting in financial planning and cost analysis.
- Analyzing financial data to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensures compliance with the company's regulation & restrictions.
- Developing and recommending an annual plans for the accounting department that are included in the strategies, policies and goals.
- Managing accounting department through planning, organizing, leading and controlling the department and developing KPIs for accounting team.
- Supervising all activities in accounting, Monitoring the implementation of financial systems and procedures and follow up financial reports.
- Follow-up activities related to the implementation and monitoring of banking transactions.
- Supervising the monthly payrolls, wages and verify the validity of calculating additions and deductions according to the financial regulations.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files, records, document transactions, financial information, and keep all financial and accounting documents in a safe manner.
- Preparing the budget, financial reports and financial statements to estimating the cost and revenues
- Calculating the company's sales and income tax.
- Working with internal and external auditor during the audits.
- Auditing contracts and agreements and make sure to matching the financial systems and the instructions of the company.
- Maintain a thorough understanding and control over the accounting software.
- Manage month and year end closing process on the accounting system.
- Review daily accounting and bank transactions.
- Review accounts reconciliations with customers and suppliers.- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- following up company's bank accounts and preparing LCs & LGs.
- Controlling all issued Insurance Policies, Marine Policy, Health Policy, Assets Policy Etc.
