• Receive Purchase Orders (POs) from NUPCO and hospitals via email.
• Forwarded received POs to the Procurement Department to place orders with relevant companies, ensuring
proper quantities and delivery dates.
• Monitor remaining stock from vendors and schedule deliveries accordingly.
• Schedule appointments with customers via email or the NUPCO website.
• Enter shipment details and pick release information, including batch numbers, in Oracle.
• Confirm receipt of financial claims and generate orders through the NUPCO website or manually.
