◘Handling of contract replacement procedures, reimbursement of deposits, broker commission certificate, authorization letter & clearance requests.

◘Coordination with the finance department and ensuring all the payment procedures are being executed in line with the policy.
◘Review and explanation of contractual terms & conditions to the tenants.
◘Ensuring that the newly rented units are in clean and good condition prior the move-in.
◘Accompanying the prospective tenant while viewing the property
◘Physical verification of the vacant unit (Monthly once)
