DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILL

1) Management
- Prepare Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) contract document between client-main contractors, main contractor-sub contractors.
- Arranging Kick-Off Meeting, Vendor progress meeting, Sub-Contractor Progress Meeting and etc
- Prepare, review, comment document sub contractor scope of work and scope of supply.
- Prepare, review, report on planning package and schedule of work.
- Prepare electrical and instrument installation and testing procedure.
- Involve on Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
- Prepare, review, comment E&I workpack, pre-commissioning procedure on-shore/offshore.
- Review and/or approval of EPCC contractors’ key related engineering drawings and vendor data per the engineering document and data requirements set forth in the EPCC contracts and the document review and approval matrix
- Review and related technical approval of requested deviations (in consultation with Engineering Manager)
- Review and approval of related critical requisitions and technical bid tabulations in accordance with the terms of the EPCC contracts
- Participate in engineering review meetings
- Participate in constructability, operability and maintainability review
- Licensor coordination for compliance check and deviation approval
- Liaise with other disciplines to ensure inter-discipline checks are being performed
- Supervise the documentation hand-over and participate with OWNER in the final Hand-over of the Units/Package

2) Engineering
- Strong in instrumentation system, fire and gas system, telecom system and process system in oil and gas modules.
- Capable to review, comment on instrumentation shop drawings, fire and gas drawing, telecom drawings, piping and instrumentation drawing (P&ID), Piping Isometric drawings.
- Capable to review and understand structure, architecture, mechanical drawings, HVAC drawings.
- Capable to clarify on early stage modification that need to be plan, additional materials need to be purchase.
- Capable to prepare, review and comment TBE vendor, supplier supply items compared to project specification.
- Fimiliar with codes & standards PTS (Petronas), MPDS (Exxon)

3) Site Management
- Strong in site supervisory work. (on-shore, off-shore & Refinery)
- Capable handing manpower/manhour with all trade of skill.
- Capable plan manpower/manhour comparing with progress required.
- Well aware all site requirement, site facility, safety procedure that require.
- Well aware steps and installation procedure.
- Able to decide urgent solution due modification on drawing, clashes on site.
- Involve on Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
- Involve in Material management on warehouse in and out/ inspection and etc.

4) Quality
- Capable to inspect fabrication work, reject/pass/need to be repair.
- Familiar with QC documentation work such as QAN, ITR, MDR, NCR and etc.
- Fimiliar with codes & standards PTS (Petronas), MPDS (Exxon)

5) Hand skill
- Meggering cables, tube bending, cable glanding, cable termination, calibration of instrument devices, valves.
- Organize and do a pre-commissioning procedure and activities.
