- Trouble Ticket Escalation to concern maintenance Engineer of the system to rectify the problem in 24 Hrs.
- Follow up for all open trouble tickets and response to the customer queries.
- System alerts /Failure Log reports preparation.
- Remote support to the team on site by Using Port operation system Terminal
