Overall infrastructure works, 188 apartment buildings (6, 8 and 10 story building) with total build area 1, 533, 177 m2, 1144 Villas (2 floors +Annex) with BUA 531, 055 m2, 15 Mosques, (1 and 2 Floors) with total BUA 15+00 m2, 5 Floors 128 Bed Hospital, 4 Healthcare Clinics, 4 floors with BUA 11, 040 m2, conventional center and 2 recreation centers, Education facilities of total BUA 60000 m2, 9 kindergarten (1 floor), 9 elementary schools (3 floors), 4 intermediate schools (3floors), 2 secondary schools (3 floors), 2 Electrical Substations, 1 sewage treatment plant, post office, police& civil defense station, District Area comprises of (6926 office and 7841 retail), total BUA 15, 113 m2, 1 hotel 10 floors 275 rooms, total BUA 47, 082 m2, green and open spaces, Roads and Parking, my duties are included but not limited to;

• To lead the planning and project controls team in preparation and maintenance of the projects cost, schedule
baselines and document control system
To develop and supervise the document control system
• To develop forms and program control procedures
• To coordinate with planning and cost teams of supervision consultants and contractors
• To review consultants / contractors schedules and to ensure that their plans are realistic and achievable
• To present the monthly progress to the board of directors
• To review the Manpower and Equipment histograms submitted by contractors
• To perform earned value analysis and advice corrective / preventive actions accordingly
• To review the contractors updated schedule on monthly basis and advise corrective / preventive actions
• To prepare monthly progress report
• To review Consultants and Contractors monthly progress reports
• To review the contractors monthly invoices against the site progress
• To evaluate the contractors cost and time claims
• To certify consultants, contractor interim payment certificates

The project consists of two phases, phase one consists of 51 story office towers on a two level podium with winter garden, shops, restaurants and six levels of below grade parking. Phase two will accommodate 39 story sister tower. The structure of towers consists of structural steel floors with a concrete core. Each tower is supported on a deep concrete raft footing extending beyond the footprint of each tower. My duties included but were not limited to:-
