Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all electrical inspections related to installation, testing, and
commissioning.
• Review subcontractor or supplier quality document submittals (Quality Plans, Inspection
Tests and plans, procedures), to ensure effective controls are in place in key areas.
• Responsible for conducting the inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installation.
Responsible for preparing the method of statement and ITPs for all electrical activities.
• Coordinates with the client representatives on matters involving quality assurance and control
activities.
• To monitor the inspections & testing and ensure, that it is conducted as per Standards &
complying with all the Project specifications.• Responsible for conducting the inspection of all electrical material before storage,
installation, and after installation.
• Review the quality of all materials at the site to ensure compliance with all project specifications
and quality collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain the
quality of materials.
• Prepares and submits RFI/WIR/MIR on completed works to clients for their approval.
• Prepares and submits two weeks' look ahead and client quality site visit reports and follow-up
for the closing of observations.
• Site Inspection and testing of Electrical Installations, Electrical Equipment, Cable Trays, MV
and LV Cables Laying Cable jointing, Lightning protection system as well as Telecom
system (fiber, Copper Coaxial). Indoor and outdoor lighting Installation as per the approved
inspection & test plan.
• Responsible for raising NCR and initiating corrective action if the work was done is not as
per Specification, Method Statement, or approved shop drawing. Report to the Project
Manager any deficiencies in the operation of the Quality Management & Control System.
Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability.
• Responsible for ensuring that the work done is as per Project Specification, Method
Statement, and as per approved shop drawings. Also, to ensure that all approved and
inspected materials are used. Prepare documents for inspections and tests as well as
coordinate with third parties.
• Responsible for ensuring that all electrical activities were done in accordance with the Scope
of work, Construction Drawings, NEC, NEMA, NETA, Project Specs, Requirements, and
Applicable Standards. And ensures of implementation of work procedures and inspection and
test plans. Coordination and Supervision during Equipment Erection, installation, Precommissioning, and Start-up of equipment.
• Coordinate with PMT and site engineers to resolve site technical conflicts.
• Prepare and modify Inspection and test plans, Method statements, and risk assessments as per
Project specifications and applicable standards.
• Support Seniors and motivate Team members to achieve Project Success. Sound
Communication skills, tactful in resolving issues, proactive approach.
• Ensuring that adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of non-compliance.
• Execute electrical activities according to project drawings, specifications, and project
standards.
• Perform Telecom cable testing (Fibber, UTP, and Coaxial) at the site for quality assurance.
• Review vendor documents and packages. Follow up with the contractor’s construction
manager/supervisor attends daily meetings and monitors “Day-to-day progress according to the
project schedule to meet quality”.
• Coordinate with Contractors to resolve quality and construction issues. Record and maintain
the RFI tracking.
• Review and issue final handover packages to the client.

• Conducts material receiving inspections.
• Prepares and submits Request for Inspection (RFI) on completed works to clients for their approval.
• Site Inspection for the Electrical Installations, Electrical Equipment, Cable Trays, MV and LV Cables Laying Cable jointing, Lightning protection system as well as Telecom system (Fibber, Copper Coaxial). Indoor & Outdoor lighting Installation as per the approved inspection & test plan.
• Review the quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain the quality of materials.
• Identifying and recording quality problems and opportunities for improvement, and initiating or recommending solutions.
• Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability.
• Identify the root cause of technical issues and recommend fixes.
• Prepare documents for inspections and tests as well as coordinate with third parties.
• Coordinate with PMT and site engineers to resolve site technical conflicts.
• Prepare, Modify Inspection & Test plans as per Project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and review pre-commissioning documents.
• Ensuring that adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of non-compliance.
• Issues Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) on works that deviate from standards and design specifications.
• • Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests.
• Inspects site work by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to site Engineer.
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.
• Document’s inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizes re-work and waste.
• Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements.
• Prepare documents for inspections and tests as well as coordinate with third parties.
• Coordinate with PMT and site engineers to resolve site technical conflicts.
• Coordinate with Technical Department for the submission of technical documents (RFI, MTS, NOL & Sample tags).
• Modify Inspection & Test plans as per site changes.
• Preparation and approval of redlines.
• Prepare handover documents with the help of technical department.
• Ensuring that adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of noncompliance.
• Perform surveillance inspections for the work defined in the electrical discipline. Carry out Planned Inspections, Surveillance Inspections and release hold points, witness entire electrical inspection at site.
• Responsible for evaluating all Non-Conformities (NCR’s) reported within the group, ensuring their correct specification and the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action implemented.
• Co-ordinate with Client in order to do inspection as per project specification requirements.
• Execute electrical activities according to project drawings, specification & Project standards.
• Conducting visual electrical/telecom inspection of components.
• Perform Telecom cables testing (Fiber, UTP, and Coaxial) at site for quality assurance.
• Perform regular inspections at site for quality assurance.
• Review vendor documents and packages.
• Review Project drawings and apply Contract Codes, Standards, and Specification.
• Follow-up with contractor’s construction manager / supervisor and attend daily meeting and monitor “Day-to-day progress according to the project schedule to meet quality”.
• Coordinate with Contractors to resolve quality and construction issues. Record and maintain the RFI tracking.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safe working practices are followed for quality compliance.
• Follow daily Inspection schedule and reporting to QA/QC manager.
• Coordinating with all discipline during the construction activities.
• Responsible for site activities dry area, wet area, external, screed, electro metallic tubing, under raft and wiring etc.
• Perform testing of electrical installations.
• Coordinate with inspection department for work inspection.
• Trouble shoot the problems according to site condition.
• Assisting the Site Engineer in the project.
• Identifying the parameters, Collection of technical data.
• Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.
• Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.
• Review all electrical drawings with Supervisors and Forman’s performing on assigned jobs to them.
• Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.
• Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.
• Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedules.
• Train and inform employees about new work procedures.
• Provide information on modification on work policies, safety regulations, electrical codes and specifications.
• Support Electrical Engineers in design needs.
• Handled and organizes project documentation and correspondences.
