• Maintenance, Enhancement and Development of Insurance Management System for SALAMA insurance company, which has developed by OPTIMIZA Jordan .The System includes all Insurance Modules (Motor, Non-Motor, Medical, Reinsurance and Clams etc.), Finance, In-house developed Inventory, Purchase and Legal Module.
• Understanding the business logic and implementing to the AMAN application.
• System study & analysis, handling change requests from users and building requirement spec and flow charts.
• Coordinate development activities, bug reporting and enhancement with vendors and Coordinate testing activities, End User support and training users.
• Giving all Database backend Support and making essential changes on the appropriate backend tables as per request by using TOAD 10.2.
• Coordinated and led user interface meetings and carried out user training upon project completion.
• Frequently recognized by users and management for outstanding performance.
• Developing in house Forms & Reports for all types of Insurance line of business such as Motor, Non-Motor, Health and Reinsurance.
• Development of database triggers, packages, functions & procedures in Oracle database 11g R2.
• Making Changes in already existing forms & Reports as per request.
