 Analyze data collected in the field and generate appropriate visualizations (graphs, tables, charts) to highlight key findings from compiled data.
 Monitor the partner’s performance. Conduct site visits to evaluate their progress. Review monthly and quarterly reports to ensure the program in on track and procurement and financial practices are compliant with donor ( ECHO )rules and regulations
 Establish and strengthen working relationships with Government, Donors Engagment, INGOs, PHF, UNDSS, local stakeholders and in contact with Desk ( Germany) for sharing informtion & guaidance.
 Review job descriptions for all programme staff ( 35) and provide support drafting JDs for any new field based positions. Lead Procurment process and Recruitment of programme staff as needed & promote teamwork between various departments.

Trained 60 government teachers in Afghan refugee’s census exercise in Kohat 2003.Remained as energetic staff member in the closure of 25 huge populated Afghan Refugees camps in Urban and Tribal agencies 2005.Acknowledged my services as the active staff member in UNHCR during the mass Repatriation, around 800, 000 Afghan refugees repatriated from Pakistan in 2002.
