 Maintain Service and Maintenance History of all contract vehicles.
 Technical assistance in absence of Technical Manager.

• Coordinating the warranty jobs with all 5 branches in Saudi Arabia
• Delivery reporting/Registering the Warranty of SDLG and Volvo in Webmia online
• Reporting the delivery and commissioning of all other products (Himoinsa, Comp Air, Everdigm and Hartle) in time to the manufacture.
• Claiming All Volvo & SDLG Warranty Claims in UCHP online. (For Whole KSA)
• Claiming All Himoinsa, Comp Air and Everdigm Warranty jobs
• Keeping Machine records and history up-to-date.
• Invoicing the warranty jobs in time in ISCALA for all branches in KSA.
• Maintain the proper record of “on Hold”, “Scrap” or “Send” Material instructions with proper documentation as per Volvo requirements and ensure the cores returned in time.
• Verifying the Commissioning /Pre delivery inspection /Warranty Cards/Stock maintenance records.
• Analyzing the technical issues and take decision on behalf of FAMCO to Claim Goodwill from VOLVO.
• Open or advice in opening tech-line calls for major issues.
• Analyzing the faults and advice workshop for available bulletins, which allows them to get payed for the issue, by Volvo/SDLG.
• Registering the Comp Air units for warranty and Claiming the warranty in Warranty Centre Network (For Whole KSA)
• Claiming Warranty for Everdigm and making documentation for the same as per the Manufacturer requirements ( for whole KSA)
• Follow up and instruct all the branches on Campaigns and Product updates.
• Ordering CAP (Component Assurance Program) extended warranty for VOLVO machines. Advising Sales team about the cost and privileges of different types of CAP
• Advice and Calculate the cost of CAP & VAU. Prepare the documents required to order the same.
• Raising TG (technical Good Will) for the machines, which is out of warranty if it is acceptable after study.
• Reconciliation of all credits against each warranty job on monthly basis with Accounts
• Preparing and sending Performa invoice for Himoinsa and coordinate with Himoinsa accounts for reimbursement.
• Preparing Monthly report on Warranty jobs on each month end and report to Warranty Manager.
• Activation and Deactivation of Care Track.

• Supervising the all the jobs and assigning labors for each job
• Calculating the expenses for each work and make quotations
• Ensuring the completion of work in time.

• Leading a team of 6 - 17 technicians
• Assigning work to each technician and supervising their work in each stage.
• Ensuring the Quality of newly assembled ULDs as per the aviation standars
• Preparing all required documents as per the requirements of Saudi Arabian Airlines and Nordisk, Keeping all the files up to date.
• Raising NCR against the short shipped or damaged items came in each shipment
• Making of Final Inspection Report, Marking List and weekly production and delivery schedule list
• Estimating the Repairing charges for ULDs and Pallets and submitting the quotation to Saudi Airlines Cargo dept.
• Maintain the spare parts store.
• Making material for cast.
• Issue the materials from stock as per the technicians requirements and quotation.
• Maintaining all Pneumatic tools in a good manner.
• Coordinate with Saudi Arabian Airlines for Inspection of ULDs and Pallets.
• Ensuring the delivery of each ULD in safe and brand new condition.
• Installation, commissioning, operational training, onsite inspection and certification of Airmarrel Hi loaders AJAX machineries (Jeddah, Dammam and Riyadh airports)
