Build a forward looking HR strategy and develop HR Department as a whole.
Understand the current organization culture and planned evolution and work with the senior management to facilitate growth and change.
Prepare detailed job descriptions in partnership with other department head.
Analyse statistical data and reports and monitor HR metrics through monthly HR Dashboard to identify recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.
Administer compensation, including market analysis of positions, internal equity analysis, and assist in determination of hiring salary.
Assess current remuneration and benefits and suggest strategic changes to senior management.
Assess current policies and make strategic changes in conjunction with the senior management, keeping in mind best practices, internal and external influences.
Provide guidance and clarity on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
Monitor employment legislation developments, assess the impact on the Company and develop policies to maintain legal compliance.
Maintain consistency and fairness in implementation of HR policies across various departments and locations of the company.
Provide direction on staff engagement so that the Company regularly measures and responds to staff feedback to improve the Company as a place to work.
Ensuring staff personal files are properly documented(merit, disciplinary sanctions, labor contract copies, visa copies, vacation leave accrued, payroll/salary, salary certificate requisition, etc.)
Supporting Managers in dealing with complex employee related issues.
Train and develop recruitment team. Devise strategies to attract and retain talent at all levels. Spearheaded increase in Saudization percentage.
Ensure a quarterly report is prepared and presented to management that shows retention and recruitment, challenges, quality of candidates and reallocation of resources across the network.
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
Recruiting from junior, mid-level up to executive positions in various financial firms across MENA; resourcing candidates by using different methodologies; filtering applications and reviewing candidates profile
Producing shortlists of candidates using either executive search or research based approach before conducting initial interviews; headhunting candidates whenever possible
Narrowing/whittling the shortlists candidates further down to three at least before sending to clients - the best amongst the rest
Advertising the vacancies through search engines, networks, Social Media and job posting if needed.
Recruited more than 1500 employees successfully. Recruiting personnel for all departments i.e Sales person, Engineers, Technicians, Accountants, Drivers, Govt. Relations, and Managers.
Supporting Managers in dealing with complex employee related issues.
Conducting Induction of new employees and preparation of documents related to the new recruit.
Maintaining personnel records leave schedules, auto fleet, Iqama, Passport, Driving License and other records related to employees.
Providing medical facilities to all employees through various medical clinics, to issue medical referral to employees as required.
