• Responsible for consolidating purchase for all the projects.
• Checking the material, processing invoices against the LPOs.
• Hiring and off hiring the equipments, machinery and the vehicles.
• Site visit to check the quality of material the standards as per the specifications.
• Negotiating with vendors for the lowest possible rates.
• Finalizing the payment methods and arranging the account for vendors accordingly.
• Coordinate with Accounts Department with regards to outstanding payments required by the suppliers
• Coordinate with the supplier and end users to ensure delivery and monitors progress, seeks clarifications on customer needs, chases information and follows up to ensure delivery of what is required is within timescales
• Inform Purchasing Manager of the receipt of damaged incorrect items and takes necessary corrective actions to ensure prompt & correct delivery of items
• Ensure accurate filing and tracking mechanism maintain
• Maintain good relations with key contacts such as suppliers to ensure that the company is given required level of attention and service
• Update the profiles of suppliers and manage supplier database
• Perform all other tasks assigned by the Purchasing Manager

 Coordinating with finance department for cash flow, fine deductions and invoices.
 Maintenance of the vehicles, spare parts orders and workshop issues.
 Supervising all the repair and maintenance work of the vehicles.
 Arranging replacements in case of any breakdown with any user.
 Arranging to shift the breakdown vehicles to organization or other workshops.
 Dealing with the companies for the purchasing of new vehicles & following the
documentation work till completion.
 Arranging for the registration cards, renewals and passing, insurance, Salik Tags and paying the traffic fines.
 Arranging new drivers, conducting their test interviews.
 Handover of vehicles to users on projects and receiving back with documentation.
 Finalizing the monthly attendance received from all the organization projects.
