I have been appointed as a support engineer in the NOC department. Monitoring all network devices and system administration on daily basis is my core responsibility. I have been working on the Billing server too. Provider services to customers troubleshoot and escalate the services for resolving the issue instantly.
• Network troubleshooting (file server, email server, print server, CISCO IP Phone.)
• Linux OS (Redhat) installation and RedHat Linux server configuration (DNS, SAMBA, NFS, EMAIL)
• Workstation configuring (Windows OS-7, 8, 10 configuration and troubleshooting)
• Structural Cabling.
• Email client configuration: Outlook, FOXMAIL, ZIMBRA, EUDORA
• Optical fiber network troubleshooting and optical network devices maintenance (EPON, ONU, MC troubleshooting), FTTH service monitoring
• CISCO switch configuration
• Tools-Remote sharing (AnyDesk, Teamviewer), LastPass, IP Scanner, domain checker, BGP route, MRTG graph, NMS server monitoring
