I have been appointed as a support engineer in the NOC department. Monitoring all network devices and system administration on daily basis is my core responsibility. I have been working on the Billing server too. Provider services to customers troubleshoot and escalate the services for resolving the issue instantly.
• Network troubleshooting (file server, email server, print server, CISCO IP Phone.)
• Linux OS (Redhat) installation and RedHat Linux server configuration (DNS, SAMBA, NFS, EMAIL)
