• Serve as a risk manager and key management core team member to support and enhance the decision-making process by adopting a comprehensive ERM approach aligned with ISO31000 and COSO standards, that allows the organization to align their risk management practices with their strategic objectives and overall risk appetite, which helps to identify and prioritize strategic risks that could affect
the achievement of goals and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive risk and opportunity management plans that outline strategies for risk identification, assessment, mitigations, monitoring, and controls. And develop comprehensive projects risk registers.
• Provide the best advice based on the comprehensive risk and opportunity management
plans, projects risk registers and detailed risk reports.
• Ensures that risks are identified and evaluated at different organizational and project levels.
• Ensure that risk management practices align with PWA requirements and standards.
• Conduct risk awareness and risk management training workshops to the projects teams.
• Arrange, facilitate, chair and minute monthly risk management updates and progress meetings with projects team members and all concerned parties identify, analyze, and arrange mitigation measures of all identified projects risks as per PWA requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve the risk selection and assignment process to aid efficiency and improve timeliness based on various risk characteristics and locations.
• Prepare detailed risk reports for decision-makers, highlighting key risk indicators and recommended actions.
• Contributes significantly to the success, safety, sustainability, and resilience of projects.
• Successfully manage and mitigate risks associated with changes in project scope, design modifications, or unforeseen challenges.
• Enhance client satisfaction by mitigating risks that could impact the delivery of the projects.
• Gain the trust and confidence of stakeholders by providing transparent and timely risk
information and demonstrating proactive risk management.
• Develop comprehensive risk documentation that serves as a valuable resource for future
projects and contributes to organizational learning.

• Lead both of the risk management and lean construction departments and implementation of the lean construction process
as well as support the project management team as a risk management professional.
• Develop both lean implementation plan and risk and opportunity management plan.
• Conduct risk meetings with all concerned parties and update the project risk register.
• Coach and support project team with implementation of key lean construction processes.
• Facilitate all collaborative look-ahead planning sessions as per the lean methodology.
• Serve as an ongoing resource to help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Report continuous improvement reports on monthly basis as per PWA requirements.

• Lead both of the risk management and lean construction departments to enhance the performance of the project. The project being the first time had implemented lean in Qatar.
• Develop the first comprehensive project lean implementation plan in Qatar.
• Develop both lean implementation plan and risk and opportunity management plan.
• Conduct risk meetings with all concerned parties and update the project risk register.
• Establish the first fully functioning VPPC (Visual Project Performance Center) in Qatar.
• Prepare and submit all contractual deliverables related to lean construction.
• Develop & present the corporate and projects strategy presentations to Client.
• Report continuous improvement reports on monthly basis as per PWA requirements.

• Direct construction and operation for activities in 28 Villas, roads, and infrastructure activities.
• Ensure that risk management practices align with the client requirements and standards.

• Direct several projects at the same time for both infrastructure and building fields.

• Joined CCC as a GUD (Graduate Under Development) Civil Engineer, which was a Program
to develop the fresh graduated engineers were served in the following departments (Cost
Control, Risk Management and Civil Site Engineer).

• Follow up all related risk management and cost control requirements and procedure.
• Inspect project site to ensure quality of delivered works within safety, time, and budget.
