Responsibilities as below.
• Correspondence to various Customers, International Suppliers & Other Local Suppliers in
Kuwait Market.
• Preparation of Pre-Quote & Project costing by taking in consideration list price less discount
approved by Supplier & Including other International & Local Taxes / Charges with the Rate
of Exchange & on the base of it prepare the Net sell after the approval of mark-up scheme.
• Responsible for preparations Quotations as per the Constructions site requirements & Layouts
of Design Department.
• Processing Manually & Computer Invoices as per the Customers LPO in Accounting Software
FAIMS.
• Preparing Weekly Logistics Report, Sales Report, Filling Reports, Order Process Reports.
• Processing Orders - Using the software provided by the supplier which has got the full facility
of preparing & sending orders and then acknowledgement of the same. Provides the complete
library for a particular item including the components for that particular item.
• Follow up with the suppliers on the pending shipments / orders & Follow up with the
shipping agents
• Keeping track of the suppliers account (Payable) & Customers Account (Receivable).
• Handling Customers Sales inside Showroom and working on Projects & Tenders.
• Developed system solutions and logistic programs.
• Adopted best industrial practices to identify new and unique strategies to differentiate
customer from marketplace and drive customer satisfaction.
• Enabled customer feedback through various channels to improve the supply chain
management.

• Managed internal communications and presentations with regards to core performance metrics,
